Your Confidential Number does not appear in any white/yellow pages and is not associated with your name in ANY listing. Our web site is configured to work over a secure encrypted link, so your Confidential Phone Number is both confidential and secure.

Will I loose messages if my balance is 0 and I setup my account to route calls to my cell phone?
No, you won't loose any messages. If your balance is 0 all your calls will be routed automatically to your voicemail.

How do I access my voicemails?
You can access your voicemails in three ways:
1) You can setup your account to send voicemails to your email address.
2) You can view (and listen to) your voicemails online.
3) You can call your Confidential Number from the phone number you had registered in your account, the application will recognize your phone number and will transfer your call to your voicemail.

Can I access my Voicemails from other phone numbers?
No - To ensure your privacy you can access your voicemails only when calling from your registered phone number.

Do you charge connection fee for each call?
No.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, your account can be closed at any time with no penalty.

Do I get refunded for left balance when I close my account?
If your balance is less than $5 we do not reimburse and we recommend you use all minutes until your balance is 0. If your balance is more than $5 we will send you a check for the sum of the balance (handling and mailing cost will be applied).

What is the cost of the one month trial for the Confidential Phone Number?
The Confidential Phone Number Trial is offered for a price of $6.50 for a USA number. For NON-USA numbers trial price is $12.00. With the trial you get FREE 100 USA minutes of call routing, and a FREE INCA Calling Card pre loaded with another 100 USA minutes.
Note:You can route your calls to any other destination out of the USA but then you will have less than 100 minutes if the cost per minute for the destination you select is higher than the calls within USA.

What is the cost of the Confidential Phone Number regular service?
There is a monthly cost of $9.75 to maintain the phone number for USA numbres. For NON USA numbers price varies and is around $14. If all incoming calls are routed to voicemail then there is no additional cost. If however, calls are routed to cell phones or land lines then there is an additional cost per call.

Do I need to pre pay for calls?
Yes, calls are prepaid. If you plan to route your calls to cell phone or land line in USA we recommend that you prepay at least $5 to make sure your calls are routed to the numbers you requested.

What are your rates for local and international calls?

Calls are rounded to 30 or 60 seconds, except for calls less than one minute which are rounded to the minute. Calls to USA destinations are rounded to 30 seconds.

How long can I keep voicemails?
Voicemails can be kept for 15 days, if you need to keep messages for longer please contact us, a fee may apply for keeping messages for a period longer than 31 days.
Note: Talkasyouwant may change the allowed period to keep voicemails.
